We will support you during our warranty period. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, if there is any damage to the material or workmanship of the jewelry, we will be responsible for disposing of your product. It also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches caused by normal wear and tear (e.g. bent rings or broken chains), improper use or storage of the product, and any modifications made to your product by a third party external to HERA'S JEWELRY.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item or replace it if we deem it appropriate.If we determine that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and advise you of the availability of repair services at cost or otherwise.

Please note that minor irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural features or internal inclusions (visible or otherwise) in colored gemstones are unique to each item. These features are considered part of the character of the merchandise and should not be regarded as defects.

2. we do not recommend having an outside jeweler work on our products as this will result in the possibility of a refund or replacement (if defective due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

3. Promotional products may not be covered under our warranty policy.

4. Some examples of common jewelry problems that are not considered manufacturing defects include:

a. discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs or baths.

b. generally, prongs and precious metals will wear out over time and may require "build-up" or restoration work as with normal wear.

c. the prongs are bent, stuck or worn, causing the stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.

d. a stone is lost or dropped due to chipping or cracking caused by normal wear and tear or other damage.
